1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Adrian Surma. Contact: info@surmacontrol.com.
2. What we collect and why
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Nick | when you create an account | logging in, showing you to other players in the lobby, matches and ranking |
| Password | when you create an account | logging in; stored by Firebase Authentication only as a secure hash — we never see it |
| Account identifier (random, assigned by Firebase) | always, also when playing as a guest | linking your profile, results and matches |
| Results and statistics (wins, points) | while playing | ranking |
| Presence in the lobby / in a match | while online | showing who you can play with |
| Match data (character position, bombs, chosen character) | during an online match | sending your moves to your rival; deleted when the match ends |
| Reports about other players | when you report someone | moderating nicks and behaviour |
| IP address | on every connection | running the service and security; during an online match your device may connect directly to your rival's device, so the rival can technically see your IP address |
We do not show ads, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, we do not use analytics SDKs and we never sell data.
3. Who processes data on our behalf
Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions). Game servers run in the European Union (Belgium, europe-west1); some Google services may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never receive your payment card details.
4. How long we keep data
Until you delete your account. Data of a single online match is removed automatically when the match ends. Records of finished matches (who played whom, result) may remain after deletion, as they are the shared history of both players — they then contain only the nick.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data and to object to processing, as well as to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Poland: the President of UODO).
Deleting your account: in the game, Settings → Delete account. It removes your account, profile, ranking entry and nick reservation. For anything else, write to info@surmacontrol.com.

6. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We will inform you about significant changes to this policy in the game.
